Marketing for many businesses is deemed to be the expensive side of sales and can sometimes be seen to be irrelevant for smaller businesses. I can completely understand this – especially with the confusing and misleading terms used by marketers. I’ve experienced the art of marketing in both an agency and global organisation and have a solid understanding of the fundamentals that allow businesses the succeed in the long-term.

Let’s just keep it simple, marketing is the reason why customers choose your brand. Sales can make it happen but what is the reason why the potential customers are interested? It’s done to the marketing of your business and how it’s perceived by your audience. You may have the best product/service but if it’s not shown to the relevant people in the correct manner than you struggle to succeed.
